Welcome to Ver Laundry Limited! By using our laundry services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Scope
We provide washing, drying, ironing, folding, and pickup/delivery services for personal and commercial laundry.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure all items are labeled correctly and suitable for standard laundering.
Remove all items from pockets (e.g., pens, coins, lighters, tissues).
Clearly separate delicate or special-care items (e.g. hand-wash items).
3. Risk & Liability
While we handle your laundry with care, you acknowledge and accept that:
Normal laundering may result in slight color fading, shrinkage, or wear.
We are not responsible for damages caused by:
Pre-existing stains, tears, or fabric weaknesses.
Unstable dyes that bleed or transfer during washing.
Items left in pockets or attached to garments.
4. Express & Premium Care Services
Express service is subject to availability and may require extra processing time for certain items.
Premium care requests (e.g., low heat, special detergent) must be communicated at drop-off or when booking online.
5. Unclaimed Items
Items left uncollected for 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be donated or disposed of.
6. Payment & Refund Policy
All services must be paid for upon drop-off or upon pickup unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds or service adjustments are offered only at our discretion and where reasonable evidence of service failure is provided.
7. Changes to Terms
Ver Laundry Ltd. reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
