We provide washing, drying, folding, ironing, and pickup & delivery services for personal and commercial laundry.
Pickup and delivery services are subject to availability, service area limitations, and scheduled time windows.
Customers agree to:
Ensure all items are suitable for standard laundering and/or ironing.
Remove all items from pockets (e.g., pens, coins, lighters, tissues).
Clearly separate and identify delicate or special-care items (e.g., hand-wash only, low-heat ironing).
Inform us of any special instructions or ironing preferences (e.g., no starch, low heat) at drop-off or during booking.
Ensure items are securely packaged and accessible at the agreed pickup location.
While we take reasonable care in handling your laundry, you acknowledge and accept that:
Normal laundering or ironing may result in slight color fading, shrinkage, creasing, or wear.
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
Pre-existing stains, tears, embellishments, or fabric weaknesses
Unstable dyes that bleed or transfer
Items left in pockets or attached accessories
Heat-sensitive materials not disclosed prior to ironing
Pickup & Delivery Liability
Ver Laundry Limited is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from incorrect pickup details, unsecured drop locations, or items left unattended after delivery.
Responsibility for items transfers back to the customer once delivery is completed at the agreed location.
Express services are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Premium care requests (e.g., low heat, special detergent, hang-dry, or special ironing instructions) must be communicated at drop-off or during online booking.
Failure to disclose special requirements releases Ver Laundry Limited from related liability.
Customers must ensure timely access for scheduled pickups and deliveries.
Missed pickups or failed deliveries due to customer unavailability may result in rescheduling or additional fees.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational factors.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Current pricing will be communicated at the time of booking, pickup, or drop-off and applies only to that transaction.
Price changes will not affect orders already accepted and paid for.
Pickup and delivery fees may vary based on location, distance, or service availability.
Payment is required upon drop-off or upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds or service adjustments are provided at our discretion and only where reasonable evidence of service failure is presented.
Any claims regarding service quality must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
Pickup and delivery fees are non-refundable once service has been attempted.
Items left uncollected or undelivered for 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be donated or disposed of without further notice.
Ver Laundry Limited reserves the right to refuse service for items that are excessively soiled, hazardous, infested, or pose a risk to equipment, staff, or other customers.
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to equipment failure, weather conditions, power outages, or transportation disruptions.
Ver Laundry Limited reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
